Special Projects
Space Technologies Education Program (STEP)
The STEP fosters the development of mechanical and electrical fabrication technicians with the advanced skills needed by the NASA/JPL workforce. STEP is fortunate to have forged a partnership with Los Angeles Trade Technical College to help JPL identify students who will be interested in a unique and challenging work environment of developing spacecraft, instruments, sensors, and other technologies for a national research laboratory.
